For Pantelis Papadopoulos S.A., National Customer Service Week is a special celebration. It is another opportunity to highlight the people who, with dedication and professionalism, provide high-quality and outstanding service every day.

This year, we organized a wide range of activities for all our customers, both internal and external.

A pleasant surprise awaited the visitors to our showroom, who had the chance to test the Gardena blower, play a fun game, and win commemorative gifts.

We also presented our upgraded B2B platform to our partner network — a tool specifically designed to enhance and streamline their service experience.

At the same time, we shared knowledge with our partners, as well as with potential customers and product users, through our participation in Build Expo 2025, where we showcased Husqvarna’s construction products.

However, our most special initiative was dedicated to our internal customers — our colleagues — who face daily challenges with a smile, empathy, and optimism in order to provide the best possible service.

Through a variety of interactive activities, we emphasized collaboration and teamwork, guided by our core values: Willingness, Kindness, and Determination. These activities reminded us that, regardless of our role, we all work together toward a common goal.

We encourage every organization to participate in National Customer Service Week with initiatives that reflect its true value, by investing in people and in a culture that represents the spirit of the organization.
