We are excited to share with you the happy news of the start of the collaboration between PANTELIS PAPADOPOULOS SA and HUSQVARNA CONSTRUCTION of the Husqvarna Group.
The Construction division of the Husqvarna Group, which leads the field of machinery, equipment and diamond tools aimed at the construction industry and the stone mining industry, announced today that our company, PANTELIS PAPADOPOULOS S.A.E.V.E. will take over the distribution of Husqvarna Construction products in Greece and Cyprus.
Husqvarna Construction aims to strengthen its position in the construction sector in the market of Greece and Cyprus by signing an agreement with PANTELIS PAPADOPOULOS SA, which will distribute its products to construction professionals in the two countries.
Our company is a distributor with a special historical connection with Husqvarna, as we were the company's first distributor outside of Sweden in 1962. Today, we are a leading Greek company with a comprehensive range of products and after-sales services in the fields of forestry, garden care and parks, and with this agreement we are also expanding into the construction industry.

Husqvarna's diamond mining tools business in Greece will continue to operate as part of the Husqvarna Group and is not included in this agreement.
The completion of the agreement is expected to take place in October 2024, subject to the usual conditions of completion of the relevant procedural issues.
