National Customer Service Week is an international institution celebrated in more than 60 countries around the world, with the aim of highlighting the vital role of Customer Service and rewarding the people who work every day to serve and support the customer.
In the first week of October, therefore, service will be the star for us, the people of Pantelis Papadopoulos SA, with internal actions and by informing our customers about our participation in this celebration.
The National Customer Service Week has the exclusive mobile application "EIEP", available on Android for free, which includes the profiles of the participating companies as well as the actions they organize. This year, for this purpose, a special website www.csweek.gr was created, which is open to everyone.
More than 80 companies, including ours, put customer service first again this year. More than 80 companies put the smiles of their people first again this year.
