Pantelis Papadopoulos SA. as a member of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP) participates for the third consecutive year in the National Customer Service Week (5-10/10/2020), with the aim of highlighting the vital role of Customer Service, but also to reward the people who work every day for customer service and support.
This year, the particular circumstances we are experiencing both at work and in society, have prompted us to focus our energies on the importance of good mental health in the work environment, in order to be able to offer our customers the services we desire.

The National Customer Service Week in Greece, is an international institution that is celebrated simultaneously in over 60 countries around the world and is an initiative of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP) which has found a great response from the Members, which is celebrated every year the first full week of October.
