National Customer Service Week is an international institution celebrated in more than 60 countries around the world, with the aim of highlighting the vital role of Customer Service and rewarding the people who work every day to serve and support the customer.
Aiming at a deeper detection of our customers' needs, we have organized a series of actions related to both staff training and communication with partner stores and, of course, end consumers.
